Course descriptionPhilosophy is the study of how arguments are put together and taken apart, you will see how arguments are constructed using premises that move to conclusions; and how such arguments can be questioned by attacking the implicit starting assumptions, and by unpicking the thorny question of whether the premises entail the claimed conclusion.
